Screening is the third important part of the stone and sand production line. The equipment of this system is mainly used for better screening of crushed ore. Sand and stone need to be separated, and after classification, sand and stone materials need to be transported to different sites.

YKR series circular vibrating screen is a new style vibrating screen, developed by adopting the USK vibrating screen from Germany KHD, combining our rich experience for vibrating screen and combining industry condition.

Working principle:

Structure:sieving box, screen plate, vibration exciter and damper spring and chassis.

Working Principle:

The motor makes the exciter rotating speedily through the V-belt. Besides, the great centrifugal force produced by rotating eccentric block makes the sieve box do circular motion of some amplitude, together with the impulse transmitted through sieve box on the slope surface, which makes the materials on the screen surface successively tossed forward. Thus the classification is achieved in the process of thrown-up as materials with smaller size than the mesh is falling through.
