SK Series Fine Sand recycling Equipment
Introduction:
Type:Classifying and recycling equipment
Fine Sand recycling Equipment is final part of sand making plant
The current sand making production line mostly utilize a wet production technology and regardless adopting any style of the sand washer, its biggest weakness that the fine sand (below 0.16mm) runs off seriously, some even run off over 20%, which not only decrease the capacity, but also seriously influence the unreasonable sand gradation, more coarse fineness module and largely lowering the sand quality. Moreover, excessive sand discharge will result in the environmental pollution. In order to solve the above questions, we research and manufacture the SK series sand recycling system technology.
Capacity:10-600(m³/h)
Application:
aggregate processing system of hydropower station, the processing system of glass raw material, the manufactured sand production line, the coarse slime recovery of coal preparation plant, the environmental protection project (slurry purification etc.) and so on, and It can works effectively in collecting fine sand.
Working principle:
1.Structure:
Mainly composed of motor, slurry pump, cyclone,ZKR linear vibrating screen, rinse tank and recycling box, etc.
2.Working principle:
The compound of sand and water is transported to the cyclone by pump, and the fine sand after centrifugal classification concentration is conveying to the vibrating screen by the sand setting nozzle, after vibrating screen dewatering, the fine sand and water are separated effectively. Through the recycling box, little fine sand and mud return again to the rinse tank, and then they are exhausted from the discharge hole when the rinse tank liquid level is too high. The material weight concentration recovered by the linear vibrating screen is 70%-85%. Adjusting the fineness module can be realized by changing the pump rotating speed and pulp concentration, regulating the overflow water yield and replacing the grit mouth, thus complete the three functions of cleaning, dehydration and classification.
