Introduction: 

WCDS stone washer is suitable for washing, classifying, dewatering for larger granule sandstone.

It is suitable for washing, grading and removing impurities in highway, hydropower, construction and other industries, especially for washing larger granule sandstone and gravel for construction and road construction.

The maximum feed size is 80mm and the discharge water content is less than 40%  

Working principle:  

The spiral washing machine forms a sedimentation tank at the bottom of the tilted water tank, and the spiral head is sunk into the sedimentation tank. The spiral is driven by the motor through the reducer to rotate, and the cleaning water is fed into the bottom of the sedimentation tank, so as to complete the three functions of cleaning, dehydration and classification.
